Voyage Extension Notice
The voyage may be extended if there is adverse weather, though cautious passage planning should avoid bad weather or headwinds. While all effort will be made with prudent navigation, vigilant seamanship, and preventative maintenance, breakages do occur and this could extend the delivery.
All running expenses of the vessel are the responsibility of the owner and any purchases made on the owner's behalf will be accompanied with receipts.
Work & Lay Day Definitions
A work day is defined as a day involved in either sailing or preparing for the passage. On the other hand, a lay day is defined as a day spent waiting for weather or parts. Days spent waiting in port are charged at less than 50% of the working/sailing rate, while days spent preparing for the passage are considered working days and are charged at the daily sailing rate.
Every effort will be made to find the most economical method of arriving and departing from the yacht. All savings in bookings will be passed directly to the owner.
The intention would be to depart as soon as possible after arrival at the yacht.
It is expected that the vessel is fully prepared to depart and stocked with fuel, provisions and water, and is equipped with the necessary equipment for the passage including basic spare parts such as oil, filters, impellers and a suitable tool kit.
The delivery is to be completed as quickly as reasonably can be expected without threatening the safety of the vessel or crew. Any extended delays will be charged at a per day rate.
Important Notes
- This estimate is based on the fact that the vessel is in a seaworthy condition and is equipped to the Master's satisfaction to make the proposed voyage in safety.
- Delays due to adverse weather, breakages, or changing conditions can occur.
- Additional expenses (fuel, port fees, unforeseen) will be charged in advance.
- Accomodation is to be provided if the vessel is unsuitable.
Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% of total delivery cost plus flights, required minimum 14 days in advance.
Balance: To be cleared on arrival at delivery destination on or before handover.

Estimated cost of flights is for in 2-day before the departure as a best real world estimate. Flight prices are subject to change and can fluctuate significantly, especially closer to the travel date. This is out of our control and we do not profit from the cost of flights.
Payment details can be supplied on request. We have estimated for a delivery with only our team on board. Any changes to the delivery conditions—such as additional passengers or tuition—will require a new estimate to reflect the added responsibility.
